Use IEEE PDF eXpress to check if your PDF file is Xplore-compliant, OR, else, you can use this site to convert your source files into an IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF file (e.g., for LaTeX users, create a zip file that includes dvi and your eps figure files altogether, and then upload the zip file for the system to convert into a compliant PDF file; for MSWord users, upload the Word file and let it convert and return a compliant PDF file).
The Paper Title and Author Information you have entered will be used to complete your electronic copyright form and to archive your paper in IEEE Xplore.
Any changes made to a PDF after IEEE PDF eXpress conversion or PDF Checking may invalidate Xplore compatibility. In that case, validate again the updated manuscript.
Deadline: As a mandatory step in the submission process, all copyrights must be submitted by March 10 (regular papers).
Please follow the steps below to submit your IEEE Electronic Copyright Form through EDAS
IMPORTANT: A completed copyright form is required for all conference manuscripts published by IEEE. It is highly recommended that you complete this process as soon as you upload your file(s). Failure to submit your copyright will result in your paper not being published.

IEEE PDF eXpress will send to your email an IEEE Xplore compliant version of your paper. You must then upload this version on EDAS. When uploading your paper on EDAS, please answer the question regarding permission to record and post your presentation.
Please visit the Conference eXpress Frequently Asked Questions for answers to the most commonly asked questions. If you still need assistance, please contact your project editor.
