Workshop PQCyber 2023

1st Workshop on Post-Quantum Cybersecurity
The goal of this half-day Workshop on Post-Quantum Cybersecurity to be held as part of the International Conference on the Design of Reliable Communication Networks (DRCN) is to provide an interdisciplinary forum to discuss academic and industrial research results in all aspects related to post-quantum cybersecurity, and in particular to the design and implementation of efficient and resilient technological solutions for reliable communication networks in the post- quantum era. The current development of quantum technologies is generating great expectations for a new era for cyber security, with new threats and new possibilities to protect communications. Thus, we especially encourage papers describing theoretical techniques or practical applications within this area, with a special focus on novel ideas. Also, this workshop is expected to enable discussions of state-of-the-art and emerging topics in areas that include (but are not limited to):

  • Hybrid classical-quantum communication and computing networks
  • Post-Quantum Cryptography
  • Quantum Artificial Intelligence
  • Quantum Blockchain
  • Quantum cryptographic protocols
  • Quantum Cryptography
  • Quantum Internet
  • Quantum Key Distribution
  • Quantum Random Number Generators
  • Quantum Secure Multi-Party Computation
  • Secure cloud computing
  • Secure Quantum Computing
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Submissions of original unpublished papers are solicited. They should be in pdf IEEE 2-column conference style, limited to five (5) pages. The DRCN 2023 conference is technically Co- Sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society. All accepted and presented papers will be included in the DRCN 2023 proceedings and will be subsequently submitted to IEEE Xplore for publication. At least one author is required to register, at the full rate, to present accepted papers at the conference and for the paper to appear in the conference proceedings and in IEEE Xplore. Authors must submit their papers electronically through EDAS using the link: https://edas.info/newPaper.php?c=30644 A copy of the manuscript should also be emailed to the workshop organizer at pcaballe@ull.edu.es with subject “Submission to PQCyber 2023”.
